Is it necessary for me to register an account in order to buy an item?

Yes and this is made with your own convenience in mind. By creating (or using) an account during the purchasing process you will have 3 things made so much easier for yourself:

  • - keeping track of your order's delivery status
  • - changing or canceling the order
  • - using your previous purchase history to become eligible for a Loyal Customer's discount
Which shipping providers do you use?

We work mostly with Fedex and UPS.

How long it will take to receive my order?

It depends on whether the item you ordered is new or second handed. If is new, it should take 2/3 working days. If is second handed, according with Portuguese law, we need to keep this article with us for 20 working days after we buy it. Only after that, we are able to deliver it to the final customer. So you need to check the description of the item. If it is used, the description should mention the date that we can dispatch the order. So, as the orders take 2/3 working days to reach the destination, you need to add that time to the date mentioned in description.

This means that it does not take more than 23 working days. This is the maximum deadline! But it can take much less. For example, if you buy an item we got on 20-Dec-2017, we can only send it to you on 22-Jan-2018. So, if you order it on 18-Jan-2018, it will only take 4 working days plus 2/3 of the carrier.

Can I track my order shipment?

Yes. Once we dispatch your order, you should receive an email, with a code to track the shipment on Fedex or UPS website.

How often are prices updated?

We update all article prices every day according international gold quotes.
