So you've done your shopping; just how long will it be till you can wear that fantastic watch or that gorgeous bracelet? It depends on whether the item you ordered is new or used. If it's new, it should take 2/3 working days. If it's second handed, according with Portuguese law, we need to keep this article with us for 20 working days after we buy it. Only after that, we are able to deliver it to the final customer. So you need to check the description of the item. If it is used, the description should mention the date that we can dispatch the order. So, as the orders take 2/3 working days to reach the destination, you need to add that time to the date mentioned in description.

This means that it does not take more than 23 working days. This is the maximum deadline! But it can take much less. For example, if you buy an item we got on 20-Dec-2017, we can only send it to you on 22-Jan-2018. So, if you order it on 18-Jan-2018, it will only take 4 working days plus 2/3 of the carrier.

Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:
  • We ship in business days. Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.
  • Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email.

Valores is a global company - we work with production and shipping partners all over the world to get your things to your doorstep, wherever that may be. Although the vast majority of our customers will get their orders by the day listed above, actual timeframes may vary from region to region.

Invoice All our orders are invoiced and will be accompanied by the corresponding invoice. If you wish an invoice with your VAT number, you must make this indication when ordering. If you don't, the invoice will be issued as an undifferentiated customer, without VAT number.
  1. How much is shipping?

    Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

  2. Can I track my order?

    We rely on a global network of shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, DHL) as well as local postal services (CTT Express) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you.

    Your order will be shipped from our headoffice in Portugal.
